What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2-5 days to process your order and 5-10 days to deliver it.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship within the EU, and some international countries.
Where do we ship from?
Our offices are located in Paris. Our logistics warehouse is located in Tremblay-en-France.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, just wait 5 days after your order and ask us via email at contact@ludikids.co.uk
What happens if some items are missing from my order?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?
We refund orders that have not yet been shipped.
No refunds are accepted when a package is in the process of being delivered.
