Shipping and Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Shipping:

Once you make a purchase at LudiKids, your order is processed by our logistics center within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking code once your order is shipped.

Delivery typically takes 5-10 days within the UK. During exceptional circumstances like postal strikes or holidays, delays might occur. If your package isn't delivered within 30 days (rarely happens), we will resend it.

Returns:

• Return Period: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Process:
  • Contact our customer service at contact@ludikids.co.uk to initiate a return.
  • You will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within  7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
